Downloading an Entire Gallery (ZIP File)

Follow the steps below to download and save all of your images.

  1. Open the gallery link provided by the photographer.
  2. Enter the gallery password, if requested.
  3. Click or tap the Download icon—the downward-pointing arrow.
  4. Enter your email address.
  5. Enter the Download PIN, if requested.
  6. Click Next.
  7. Select the photo set or sets you want to download.
  8. Choose the download size. High Resolution for printing and saving the best-quality copy or Web Size for social media, texting, or email.
  9. Select My Device as the download destination.
  10. Click Start Download.
  11. Your images will download as a ZIP file. Large galleries may be divided into multiple ZIP files.

On a MAC

  1. Open the Downloads folder.
  2. Locate the downloaded ZIP file.
  3. Double-click the ZIP file.
  4. A new folder containing the photos will appear automatically.

Opening the ZIP File

On Windows

  1. Open the Downloads folder.
  2. Right-click the ZIP file.
  3. Select Extract All.
  4. Choose where you want the photos saved.
  5. Click Extract.


The ZIP file must be unzipped or extracted before the individual photos can be opened normally.

Downloading on an iPhone or Android

  1. Open the gallery in your phone’s web browser.
  2. Tap the three-dot menu in the upper-right corner.
  3. Tap Download.
  4. Enter your email address and Download PIN, if required.
  5. Tap Next.
  6. Select the photo sets, download size, and My Device.
  7. Tap Start Download.
  8. Open the downloaded ZIP file through the phone’s Files app to extract the photos.
