Downloading images individually
Follow the steps below to download and save all of your images.
- Open the gallery link provided by the photographer.
- Enter the gallery password, if requested.
- Select the image you want to download so it opens in full-screen view.
- Click or tap the Download icon—the downward-pointing arrow.
- Enter your email address.
- Enter the Download PIN, if requested.
- Select Next.
- Choose the download size. High Resolution for printing and saving the best-quality copy or Web Size for social media, texting, or email.
- Select My Device as the download destination.
- Click Download Photo.
- Your image will download directly to your device (it will not be compressed into a ZIP file).
On a Computer
- The downloaded image is typically saved in your Downloads folder.
On an iPhone or iPad
After tapping Download Photo, the image may open in a new browser tab.
- Press and hold the images.
- Tap Save to Photos or Save Image.
- Open the Photos app to view your downloaded image.
On an Android Device
The image should download automatically. Look for it in your Gallery, Photos, Downloads, or Files app.
