This Image Use & Print Release ("Release") is provided by xSquared, LLC, doing business as xSquared Photography ("Photographer") to the purchasing Client.


Copyright Ownership

All photographs remain the exclusive intellectual property and copyrighted works of xSquared, LLC, doing business as xSquared Photography, and are protected under United States copyright law.


The purchase of digital images does not transfer ownership of copyright.


Personal Use License

Upon full payment, the Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to:


  • Download purchased high-resolution digital images.
  • Print images for personal use in any size or quantity.
  • Share images with family and friends.
  • Display images in their home or personal office.
  • Post images on personal social media accounts.
  • Create personal photo albums, scrapbooks, holiday cards, graduation announcements, and other personal keepsakes.


Prohibited Uses

Without prior written permission from xSquared Photography, the Client may not:


  • Sell, license, or commercially distribute the images.
  • Use images for advertising, marketing, or commercial purposes.
  • Enter images into contests under the Client's name.
  • Claim authorship or copyright ownership.
  • Edit, manipulate, alter, apply filters to, or otherwise modify the images in a manner that misrepresents the Photographer's work.
  • Permit third parties to use the images for commercial purposes.


Social Media

Clients are welcome to share their purchased images on personal social media platforms.


When possible, we appreciate credit to xSquared Photography, though it is not required.


Print Quality

Clients may print their purchased images through the print lab of their choice. xSquared Photography is not responsible for the quality, color accuracy, cropping, or materials used by third-party printing services.


For the highest quality results, professional photo laboratories are recommended.


Photographer Portfolio Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, xSquared Photography retains the right to use photographs for portfolio display, website galleries, social media, competitions, educational purposes, advertising, and other promotional materials.


Clients who wish to request additional privacy should contact the Photographer before their session.


Acceptance

Receipt, download, or use of purchased images constitutes acceptance of this Image Use & Print Release.

Please save this document for your records. Many retail print labs (Costco, Walgreens, CVS, Walmart, etc.) no longer require proof of a print release, but some professional labs may request one. This document serves as your authorization to print your purchased images for personal, non-commercial use.
