Purchasing images

Follow the steps below to download and save all of your images.

  1. Open the gallery link provided by the photographer.
  2. Enter the gallery password, if requested.
  3. Select the image you would like to purchase so it opens in full-screen view.
  4. Click or tap the Shopping Cart icon.
  5. Select the digital image, package, print, or other product you would like to purchase.
  6. Choose the applicable size or product options, if requested.
  7. Click Add to Cart.
  8. Continue selecting additional images or products, if desired.
  9. Click the Shopping Cart icon to review your order.
  10. Confirm that the correct images, products, quantities, and sizes are listed.
  11. Enter a discount or coupon code, if applicable, and click Apply.
  12. Click Checkout.
  13. Enter your name, email address, billing information, and any other requested details.
  14. Select your payment method and enter your payment information.
  15. Review your order total, including any applicable taxes and shipping charges.
  16. Agree to the applicable terms and conditions, if requested.
  17. Click Place Order, Pay, or Complete Purchase.
  18. A confirmation page will appear after your purchase is successfully completed.
  19. Check your email for your order confirmation and further instructions.

Purchasing a Digital Image Package

When purchasing a package that includes a specific number of images:

  1. Select the digital image package you would like to purchase.
  2. Click Add to Cart.
  3. Select the required number of images from the gallery.
  4. Confirm that you have selected the correct images.
  5. Return to your cart and complete the checkout process.


Pixieset will normally indicate how many images you have selected and how many selections remain. You may be unable to complete the order until the required number of images has been selected.

Receiving Digital Images

After payment is completed:

  1. Open the order-confirmation email from Pixieset.
  2. Click the provided download link or Download Photos button.
  3. Choose the available download size, if prompted.
  4. Download the purchased image or images to your device.


A single image will generally download as an individual photo file. Multiple purchased images may be provided in a ZIP file that must be extracted before the photos can be opened individually.

 

Purchasing Prints or Physical Products

When purchasing prints, canvases, cards, or other physical products:

  1. Select the image you would like printed.
  2. Choose the product type and size.
  3. Adjust the crop, if Pixieset asks you to confirm how the image will fit the selected product.
  4. Select the desired quantity.
  5. Add the product to your cart.
  6. Enter or confirm your shipping address during checkout.
  7. Review the estimated shipping charges and delivery information.
  8. Complete your purchase.


Product options and checkout wording may vary depending on the photographer’s store settings and the type of item being purchased.
