Terms of Sale
By placing an order with xSquared Photography, doing business as xSquared, LLC ("Photographer"), you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following Terms of Sale.
Digital Image Purchases
- All digital image sales are final and non-refundable due to the nature of digital products.
- Purchased images will be available for download after payment has been successfully processed.
- Images are delivered as high-resolution JPEG files unless otherwise specified.
Print Orders
- Prints and photo products are produced by a professional print lab.
- Orders are processed after payment is received.
- If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist with a replacement through the print lab.
- Color and brightness may vary slightly between different monitors and printed products.

Gallery Availability
- Online galleries are available for a limited time. Clients are encouraged to download and back up purchased digital files promptly. Gallery availability beyond the stated expiration date is not guaranteed.
Pricing & Taxes
- Prices are subject to change without notice until an order has been completed.
- Applicable Hawaii General Excise Tax (GET) and other required taxes will be added where applicable.
Payment
Full payment is required before digital downloads or print orders are released.
