The final number and variety of delivered images will depend on the athlete’s playing time, position, participation, game conditions, weather, photographer access, and available photography opportunities. Coverage does not guarantee that every play, inning, quarter, or game moment will be photographed.
Every reasonable effort will be made to deliver the stated minimum number of images. If circumstances beyond the Photographer’s control prevent the capture of the minimum, the Photographer will work with the Client to provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with the Photography Services Agreement. Duplicate, repetitive, or substandard images will not be delivered solely to satisfy the stated minimum.
