Thank you for supporting Aloha X2 Foundation. Your generosity helps us advance our mission of serving Hawaiʻi through community engagement, education, outreach, and other charitable initiatives.

Tax-Deductible Contributions

Aloha X2 Foundation is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a tax-exempt public charity under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Donors are encouraged to consult their tax advisor regarding the deductibility of their contributions.

Use of Donations

Unless otherwise designated by the donor and accepted by Aloha X2 Foundation, all donations are considered unrestricted and may be used where they are needed most to support the Foundation's charitable programs, operations, and mission.

When a donor designates a contribution for a specific program or purpose, Aloha X2 Foundation will make reasonable efforts to honor that designation. If the designated purpose has been fulfilled, becomes impractical, or can no longer be carried out, the Foundation reserves the right to redirect the funds to a closely related charitable purpose consistent with its mission.

Donation Receipts

An acknowledgment or receipt will be provided for eligible donations in accordance with applicable federal and state laws. It is the donor's responsibility to retain donation receipts for tax reporting purposes.

Refund Policy

Donations are generally considered final and are not refundable.

If you believe a donation was made in error, duplicated, or involved an unauthorized transaction, please contact us as soon as possible. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and, when appropriate, processed using the original method of payment.

Donor Privacy

Aloha X2 Foundation respects the privacy of its donors. We do not sell, rent, or trade donor personal information. Information collected during the donation process is used solely to process contributions, issue acknowledgments, comply with legal obligations, and communicate with donors regarding the Foundation's mission and activities, unless the donor has requested otherwise.
